ALASKA – Taxable Wage Base Increases for 2023
The taxable wage base in Alaska is set at $47,100 for 2023. This is a $1,900 increase from 2022.

COLORADO – Taxable Wage Base Increases for 2023
The taxable wage base in Colorado is set at $20,400 for 2023. This is a $3,400 increase from 2022.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA – Taxable Wage Base Unchanged for 2023
The taxable wage base in DC is set at $9,000 for 2023. This is unchanged from 2022.

MAINE – Taxable Wage Base Unchanged for 2023
The taxable wage base in Maine is set at $12,000 for 2023. This is unchanged from 2022.

MASSACHUSETTS – Taxable Wage Base Unchanged for 2023
The taxable wage base in Massachusetts is set at $15,000 for 2023. This is unchanged from 2022.

NORTH CAROLINA – Taxable Wage Base Increases for 2023
The taxable wage base in North Carolina is set at $29,600 for 2023. This is a $1,600 increase from 2022.

OKLAHOMA – Duration of Benefits Cut
House Bill 1933 went into effect with the new year which reduces the duration of unemployment benefits to 16 weeks, down from 26 weeks, in an effort to address shortages in the workforce.

WASHINGTON – Changes for Fourth Quarter, 2022 UI Tax Reporting
