To ensure this consistent and first-class experience for your employees, we are excited to share that we are bringing all aspects of the Unemployment Cost Management program under one executive leader.

With over 30 years of experience in the Unemployment industry and a proven track record in the industry, Bob Austin will now head up the program as the Senior Vice-President of UCM.  Bob has a vision: “As an industry leading team with an enormous amount of experience, we will be able to act as a collective think tank for our clients and strengthen what we are doing today to better know and anticipate what we need for tomorrow.”

What does this mean for you? It means that we will be even more focused on making sure that we use the best practices from across our organization to make it seamless and easy to partner together. We know from talking to our clients, that you appreciate the fact that you get the same level of commitment no matter who you are working with at Thomas & Company, but we aren’t content to stop there.  We are excited to take a more holistic view of the UCM process and share best practices between groups to build on the great work that our Claims, Tax, WOTC, and Client Relationship teams have built over the years. Building on best practices and continually developing process improvements for our clients is our ultimate goal.
