Keianna’s ascent through various roles within our organization—from Claims Analyst to Quality Control Supervisor and Manager, Senior Claims Manager, and most recently her promotion to Director of Unemployment Claims Management —exemplifies her dedication, resilience, and commitment to personal and professional growth. Her journey is not only a testament to her remarkable talents but also to the supportive environment fostered by Thomas & Company.
Reflecting on her career, Keianna considers her participation in Thomas & Company’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) pilot a pivotal moment. Through this experience, she was able to hone her leadership skills, embracing every opportunity for advancement. Keianna’s journey is also marked by the invaluable mentorship she received, which not only provided guidance but also nurtured a sense of support within her teams.
