Christy is one of the sweetest women I have ever been given the privilege to know and work beside. She is always quick to assist whenever I have questions. She is my go to when I need a friend or if I am feeling down. Anyone who has the privilege of knowing her can truly say they know a true sweetheart.

At Thomas & Company, we are privileged to have a diverse and talented team of women who drive innovation, foster collaboration, and lead with compassion. Their resilience, determination, and unwavering dedication are the cornerstones of our success. While we wish we could highlight each female colleague, today, we are honored to feature Christy Baskin!

With an impressive tenure of 16 years at Thomas & Company, Christy has journeyed from answering phones and entering claims to becoming an Administrative Subject Matter Expert. She embodies their guiding principles of women working together, lifting each other up, and fostering a supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

At Thomas & Company, Christy has experienced firsthand the power of women supporting women. Their unwavering support and encouragement have been instrumental in her professional growth and success.

Reflecting on her journey, Christy takes immense pride in witnessing the growth of her female colleagues, many of whom she personally trained. Seeing their development over the years fills her with joy and underscores the importance of mentorship and empowerment in fostering future leaders.

Christy’s story is a testament to the transformative power of support, encouragement, and camaraderie among women in the workplace. As we celebrate Women’s History Month, let’s take inspiration from Christy and continue to champion inclusion and empowerment for all.
