As our business grows, talent development and investment in our people have never been more important, and our goal as a company is to provide avenues of growth and advancement opportunities for our employees. The Leadership Development Program, LDP, is a platform designed to further develop and support T&C’s top performers and in turn strengthen the company as a whole.
The program will begin mid-July and run through October.
Throughout the program, participants will:
- Be exposed to all areas of the business
- Expand upon cross-functional knowledge
- Build leadership skills
- Engage in key company initiatives to enable success for clients and colleagues
- Create a business case
