Colorado FAMLI Deadline Nears + Indiana Validates Email Addresses

COLORADO – FAMLI Wage Reports Due April 30

To avoid penalties, employers need to be prepared to file the first wage reports and premiums for the first quarter, 2023 on the Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program. Employers need to complete these 4 steps:

1. Register your business with My FAMLI+ Employer.
2. Prepare your wage reports.
3. Submit your wage reports.
4. Pay the premiums owed for the first quarter 2023.

INDIANA – UI Tax Communication Improvements Coming Soon

Employers who work with Indiana through the UPLINK Employer Self Service system will soon be asked to validate the email addresses associated with their UPLINK usernames.  The first step in their overall communication improvement plan will begin around the beginning of May. Employers will be sent a validation link to the email address associated with your login credentials. Indiana is asking that employers follow the steps outlined in the validation email to complete the process.  As more information becomes available about changes being made in how Indiana communicates, we will pass this information along.
