The Leadership Development Program, LDP, is a platform designed to further develop and support T&C’s top performers and in turn strengthen the company as a whole.  

The program will begin mid-July and run through October.

Throughout the program, participants will:

• Be exposed to all areas of the business
• Expand upon cross-functional knowledge
• Build leadership skills
• Engage in key company initiatives to enable success for clients and colleagues
• Create a business case
