At Thomas & Company, we know that our people are the key to our success. Not just on Employee Appreciation Day, but every day. As we celebrate Employee Appreciation Day, we want to shine a spotlight on the backbone and the beating heart of our organization – the people.

To do so, some of our people leaders have taken the opportunity to provide insight into what it means to work at Thomas & Company, be part of the award winning culture, and highlight what makes our people so special.

We can accomplish more together than we can by ourselves. We have individuals in our group who have all different strengths and I can share my knowledge and learn from others. At the end of the day, everyone who’s here wants to contribute and is focused on our goals while supporting one another. Truly an example of rising tides raise all ships.

I am so appreciative of our Client Services Team! They provide our clients with outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and ensuring clients are always informed of service results. This group works as a team to take client feedback from their book of clients to improve our services and platforms for all clients.
