Tiffany joined Thomas & Company in 2021 with over 10 years of experience in unemployment insurance appeals. A licensed Louisiana attorney, Tiffany previously managed both the lower and higher authority appeals unit and served as an Administrative Law Judge for the Louisiana Workforce Commission before joining Thomas & Company. She now oversees the day-to-day operations of the Hearings & Decisions Department.

Tiffany earned a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Louisiana State University.
