Shannon Stevens is a Senior HR Manager at Allegis Group. She has strategic oversight of several shared service operational teams, including HR Records, I-9 Compliance, Employment Screening, and Unemployment. The Shared Service operations teams provide specialized HR services to Allegis Group and all of its operating companies.

Shannon has been with Allegis Group for over 17 years, initially starting in Finance, and then making a career change into HR, where she has spent the last 10+ years. Her experience and commitment to operational excellence have afforded her opportunities to build and expand teams, create efficiencies, and compliance measures that mitigate risk and maximize value to the business and her customers.
