Heather joined T&C in 2022 as our Chief People Officer to strengthen our people processes aligned to building, developing, and retaining our exceptional team. As the principal architect in expanding and executing our human capital strategy to build a winning culture centric to our culture and core values, she is focused on establishing a strong people/HR foundation from which we can enable success, grow, and scale the business.
With two decades of experience spanning multiple industries implementing human capital practices that attract and retain high-potential talent, Heather is an accomplished leader. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University and holds both a PHR and SHRM-CP. She was named HR Professional of the Year and was a finalist for Executive of the Year by Middle Tennessee SHRM in 2015 and 2018, respectively. Heather truly understands the value of people and how to unlock their full potential in an entrepreneurial mission-driven organization like T&C.
