Nate joined Thomas & Company in 2015 as our Vice President of Operations after more than a decade of experience in public accounting and consulting, leading engagement teams and working with management and boards of both private and public companies across multiple industry sectors. Nate served as Thomas & Company’s Chief Operating Officer from 2017 to 2022, driving exponential growth and leading initiatives across the organization’s lines of business to build our product offering, increase scale, modernize technology and workflows, and deepen client relationships. As President from 2022-2024 and now as Chief Executive Officer, Nate leads our Senior Leadership Team, focuses on company vision, compliance, and risk mitigation, enables success for Thomas & Company colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, and leads strategic growth initiatives.

Nate serves on the Middle Tennessee Advisory Board for Youth Villages. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified in Risk Information Systems Control with a Master of Accountancy and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee.
