Mikala has been with Thomas & Company since 2010, supporting the company in a variety of roles. She is now responsible for improving, maintaining, and managing our overall product line, central to the client experience as well as employee efficiency and efficacy.

Mikala earned a Master’s degree in Sustainability from Lipscomb University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Marketing from Murray State University.
