Mark currently serves as the Senior Director of Compliance, People Team at J.B. Hunt, one of the largest surface transportation, delivery, and logistics companies in North America.

Previously, Mark served as Director of HR Compliance, overseeing all aspects of compliance with labor and employment laws and regulations. This includes maintaining employee policies, delivering preventive training for managers, and monitoring internal human resources procedures. In addition, Mark is responsible for OFCCP compliance, including affirmative action planning, maintaining reporting systems, and collaborating with talent acquisition staff on outreach strategies. Prior to joining J.B. Hunt in 2008, Mark worked in a variety of compliance roles at Tyson Foods.

Mark currently serves on the board of Disability in Arkansas and the Arkansas Chapter of Industry Liaison Group.
