Jennifer joined Thomas & Company in 2024 with over 25 years of industry experience, including leading teams in the unemployment space, engaging with enterprise clients, and managing large projects. In her current role, she works closely with our cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional service to our clients, driving high-impact process improvements, and managing key internal initiatives.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
