Jeff joined Thomas & Company in 2017, bringing over 30 years of leadership in operations, risk management, and process improvement. Jeff now leads the Shared Services team, managing multiple administrative and support functions and driving workflows and processes that maximize Thomas & Company’s ability to be an industry leader in the services we provide.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Aerospace Administration from Middle Tennessee State University.
