Jamal currently serves as the Director of HR Operations for AMC Theatres. He has worked for AMC for over 20 years in a variety of roles.

He is an experienced and passionate business leader in the retail and film exhibition industry. He has successfully led teams at high-volume, high-profile, and high-profit locations within the film exhibition industry. His professional responsibilities often include enhancing the customer experience, engaging associates, and delivering an amazing out-of-home entertainment experience.

Jamal has experience in human resources management, leadership recruitment, performance management, and people development, among other areas. One thing that his personal and professional experience has taught him is that he is most passionate about building and leading diverse teams.
