Heather joined Thomas & Company in 2019 with over 15 years of experience in business law and operations management. She now oversees the day-to-day operations of the Administration Department, focusing on quality control, training, and continuous improvement for both employees and departmental policies and procedures.

Heather earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Union University and studied Engineering at the University of Tennessee at Martin.
