Erin joined Thomas & Company in 2022 with a proven track record in Human Resources. Erin holds her SHRM-CP and DISC certifications and was awarded Benefits Professional of the Year in 2016. She oversees the HR Team, including Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, and Compliance.

Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Newbury College.
