Dave joined Thomas & Company in 2018 with over 34 years of industry experience and a constant passion for developing and driving effective cost-containment strategies in Unemployment Tax Management and HR/Payroll solutions. Desiring a return to a more client-centric, consultative role in a privately held company laser-focused on solving employer problems and eliminating financial waste, Dave now uses his knowledge and experience to deliver solutions to employers of all sizes and industries.

Dave studied Business Administration and Management at the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
