Bob joined Thomas & Company in 2020 as our Vice President of UCM services, utilizing his decades of experience and leadership in the unemployment industry to support the ongoing evolution of our UCM service line, including the optimization of both internal fulfillment operations and client processes. In July 2022, Bob assumed additional responsibilities for Tax Solutions, including the full suite of Employer Tax Services and WOTC services for our clients. Bob now has full responsibility for our UCM solution, Employment Tax Services, and all Client Service management activities.

Bob is a results-driven leader with 35+ years of industry experience and a proven track record of transforming strategies into profitable, actionable operating and service plans, as well as providing our clients with a service-driven model that focuses on value for our clients, employees, and our overall organization. He has a strong ability to lead organizations from operational excellence to revenue-generating execution. His history of success leveraging clear, concise communication and empowering team members to lead through purpose-driven plans will enable us to continue succeeding across our multiple lines of business.
