Bethany is the Director of People and Culture (HR) for TTEC, a large Customer Experience and BPO company based in Englewood, CO. In her current role, she leads TTEC’s People and Culture organization for North American operations, specializing in Employee Relations and Policy Management. Bethany has held a number of responsibilities during her tenure at TTEC, including supporting the TTEC Talent Acquisition and Human Capital team for 14 years.

Additionally, Bethany was recognized by the Steve Award Committee, which selected TTEC as one of the best global employers and the best HR team in our response to COVID. The Stevie Awards for Great Employers recognize the world’s best employers and the human resources professionals who help to create and drive great places to work. The judges described her work as “herculean,” and she was named one of the awardees for Female Employee of the Year.
