Amy is currently the finance director for L3Harris, with Global Business Services, supporting 45K employees and responsible for the following: global payroll, time and labor, accounting, fraud prevention, and financial controls.
Amy has over 25 years of industry experience with payroll, operations and shared services. She has designed and built centers for Adecco, Exelis, and now, L3Harris Technologies, Inc.

Her passion for process improvement and organizational transformation has been her primary focus throughout her career, and she empowers her staff to bring ideas to the table and collaborate with stakeholders to design best practices for the organization.
