Jordan joined Thomas & Company in January 2012 as a UI Claims Analyst and has since progressed through a range of roles, including UI Claims, UI Decisions, UI Hearings, UI Tax Analyst, and UI Tax Manager. This broad experience across the unemployment insurance lifecycle has given Jordan a comprehensive, end‑to‑end understanding of the UI process, providing unique insight that strengthens his leadership in UI Tax.

Jordan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from Middle Tennessee State University.
