Service Partnership: Unemployment Cost Management, Employment and Wage Verification

Phil Corriveau is part of the HR Services and Total Rewards team based in Atlanta, Georgia. He manages three teams of professional leaders and specialists who support Delta’s domestic payroll, international payroll, and organizational management. He has been with Delta for more than 7 years, following a successful 30-year career as an independent payroll consultant. During his time as an independent consultant, he helped a variety of companies implement the SAP payroll solution.

In Phil’s current role, he is responsible for over 150,000 domestic employees and retirees. His international team supports employees in 56 countries, and his organizational management team oversees all MSS transactions and the employee self-service portal.

Phil attended the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
