Keith joins Tractor Supply from Boeing, where he was VP of Total Rewards, overseeing all aspects of the function globally. Before joining Boeing in 2021, Keith held several leadership roles with BorgWarner Inc, HD Supply, AON Hewitt, and Capital One Financial Services.
Keith also holds a Political Science/Systems Engineering degree from West Point, where he graduated with honors, and then served as an Army Officer for six years. Keith’s focus at Tractor Supply will be attracting new team members, improving engagement, and retaining key team members.
