VERMONT – UNEMPLOYMENT MODERNIZATION PROJECT
The Vermont Department of Labor is in the final testing phase of its modernization project, with an expected rollout date coming this Spring/Summer 2026. The modernization project aims to provide enhanced user experience, improve accessibility, increased efficiency, data accuracy, streamlined processes, training and support, and more. Claimants, employers, and third-party administrators will have online self-service through secure system access to myVermont.
Rollout is coming later this year, but you can get prepared now! While myVermont is currently only available to claimants, you can proactively create a myVermont account now in preparation for the new system rollout.
