The Arkansas Division of Workforce Services has confirmed that unemployment tax rates are unchanged for 2022 on its website.
Effective January 1, 2022, unemployment tax rates for experience-rated employers will remain steady as compared to 2021 and will range from 0.30% to 14.20%, including the 0.20% Stabilization Tax surcharge. The new-employer tax rate will also remain stable at 3.10%.
Arkansas’s unemployment taxable wage base is to be $10,000 in 2022, unchanged from 2021.
