Fourth quarter 2025 reporting for most states will open this week, on Thursday, January 1, 2026. This includes Unemployment Insurance and Paid Family and Medical Leave. The deadline to complete submissions is January 31, 2026. Check with your payroll provider and specific state(s) for additional details.
