Kim is currently the Executive Director of Global Mobility, Payroll & Benefits for Allegis Group. Previously, Kim served as the Director of Human Resources Shared Services where she was accountable for defining and implementing the overall service delivery strategy, working with process owners and service providers to identify optimal service solutions and continuous improvement opportunities to mature the overall service delivery capability.
With over 20 years of Finance & HR operational experience within Allegis Group, TEKsystems, and Baltimore City Schools, her contributions have afforded her the opportunity to successfully implement various ERP systems, implement and successfully launch a new Time and Labor system for TEKsystems Global Services, an upgraded time management system, led the company strategy initiative on building out new corporate payroll functions to support West Coast customers. She has a continuous focus on demonstrating a commitment to innovating in her space, improving efficiency and effectiveness, and delivering value to customers.
