Jim joined T&C in 2007 and has served in various leadership roles including Vice President of Client Services, Vice President of Sales, and Chief Operating Officer. Jim began his term as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2017 with a focus on increasing sustainable value, as is evidenced by revenue growth exceeding 4x during his executive leadership tenure. While growth has remained a point of emphasis, he has never lost sight of the core principles upon which the company was built – remaining a client-centric team of subject matter experts focused on innovation and quality, while adding a personal touch in an otherwise impersonal industry. He is honored to shepherd the company towards the future and enable the strategic direction of the organization through the establishment of T&C’s Senior Leadership Team.
