Senior Vice President of Operations
Amanda joined T&C in 2020 as our Vice President of Operations, utilizing her extensive experience in process optimization and business analytics to evaluate, improve, and measure performance across our core processes, with a key focus on our Verifications line of business. In 2023, Amanda was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, assuming full responsibility for the Verifications Line of Business including relationship management, service delivery and scalability; as well as our Customer Insights function where she will focus on translating the Voice of the Customer and market intelligence into key growth opportunities.
Amanda brings with her 15 years of management consulting experience which began in healthcare technology and expanded to work with numerous Fortune 500 companies, enabling their strategic growth via market analysis, tech enablement, organization design, process optimization, and revenue growth. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management.
