FLORIDA – DISASTER UNEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE BENEFITS AVALABLE
Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA) continues to be available to individuals who were affected by Hurricane Debby. Benefits may be available to individuals who live(d) or work(ed) in Columbia, Dixie, Gilchrist, Hamilton, Lafayette, Levy, Manatee, Sarasota, Suwannee, and Taylor counties, if otherwise eligible.
Individuals can file a claim online 24/7 through the Florida Commerce website. Applications must be submitted by October 15.
VERMONT – DISASTER UNEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE BENEFITS AVAILABLE
Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA) is now available to individuals who were affected by the severe storms in Vermont from July 9-11, 2024. Benefits may be available to individuals who live or work in Addison, Caledonia, Chittenden, Essex, Lamoille, Orleans, and Washington counties, if otherwise eligible.

TEXAS – REMINDER: DUA BENEFIT APPLICATION DEADLINE
As a reminder, Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA) continues to be available for individuals who were affected by severe weather from Hurricane Beryl in Texas with an upcoming deadline of September 9, 2024. Benefits may be available to individuals who live or work in Austin, Bowie, Brazoria, Chambers, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Liberty, Matagorda, Montgomery, Nacogdoches, Orange, Polk, San Jacinto, Shelby, Trinity, Walker, Waller, and Wharton counties, if otherwise eligible.
Individuals can apply for benefits online through Unemployment Benefit Services or by calling TWC at (800) 939-6631 between Monday through Friday 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
