NORTH DAKOTA – WEEKLY BENEFIT AMOUNT INCREASE
For benefit years beginning on or after July 7, 2024, the weekly benefit amount in North Dakota has increased to $786, up from $748.
KENTUCKY – DISASTER UNEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE BENEFITS AVIALABLE
Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA) are now available to individuals who were affected by the severe storms in Kentucky from May 21-27, 2024. Benefits may be available to individuals who live(d) or work(ed) in Butler, Caldwell, Calloway, Christian, Clay, Greenup, Hopkins, Knox, Logan, Muhlenberg, Simpson, Todd, Trigg, Warren, and Whitley counties, if otherwise eligible.
Individuals can visit the Kentucky Career Center website or call 502-875-0442 to file their initial claim. Applications must be submitted by October 9.
