The Unemployment Insurance Weekly Claims report for the week ending July 18, 2020 has been released by the Department of Labor.

  • Seasonally adjusted initial claims: 1,416,000
  • 4 week moving average: 1,360,250
  • Seasonally adjusted insured unemployment rate: 11.1%
  • Seasonally adjusted insured unemployment number: 16,197,000
  • 4-week moving average: 17,505,250
  • Number of unadjusted claims: 1,370,947
  • Unadjusted insured unemployment rate: 11.2%
  • Unadjusted number claiming UI benefits: 16,390,919
