The unemployment wage base in the state of Washington is expected to hit a national record high of $52,700 next year. This increase of $2,900 is a result of the uptick in the average annual wage last year. Trailing close behind is Hawaii ($46,800), Oregon ($40,600), and Idaho ($40,000).
