Jeff has over 20 years of experience in designing, implementing and maintaining successful partnerships with companies of all sizes and industries in unemployment cost management, employment and income verifications and Tax Credits & Incentives.

Jeff started his career at The Frick Company as the Michigan Claims Specialist in 1999. Over the next two decades, he held positions in Operations, Client Relationship Management and Sales. In that time, he established, built and maintained strong relationships with some of the biggest employers in staffing, retail, restaurant, healthcare, manufacturing and every other major sector of the economy.

Jeff brings a service person’s approach to sales, identifying client problems and tailoring solutions to specifically address those problems.
Having witnessed, first-hand, the adverse effects of the consolidation of the unemployment and verification industry on client companies, Jeff chose to join Thomas & Company in 2018. His approach and experience fit perfectly with our core values and client focus.
