Like us, the State Workforce Agencies (SWA’s) are monitoring the impact of COVID-19 on their business and their staff. To this end, states have started making changes to the way they hold unemployment hearings. Information is coming in daily on the changes, and we will be sending updated bulletins regularly to record any changes that we have been notified of and the potential impact to your upcoming hearings.
We will continue to update this bulletin to advise of any additional changes in the unemployment hearing process related to COVID-19.
